About Ramy

Dr. Hanna earned his M.D. degree from Temple University School of Medicine in 1993, followed by an internship in general surgery at The Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD, and a residency in general surgery and orthopedic surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He completed a fellowship and adult joint reconstruction at Desert Orthopedic Center in Las Vegas, NV, specializing in total Joint replacement of the hip, knee and shoulder. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Hanna treats a wide variety of orthopedic conditions such as arthritis, musculoskeletal injuries, and congenital and developmental problems in patients of all ages. He has a special interest in minimally invasive hip and knee replacement surgery, and remains current on the latest advances in his field of expertise. Dr. Hanna’s hospital affiliations include Parrish Medical Center and Center for Surgical Excellence.
